We welcome well-behaved pets — here's how it works:
• Maximum 2 pets, up to 50 lbs each.
• Pet fee: $75 per stay (covers extra cleaning).
• Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds — bring a blanket or bed if needed.
• Crate when leaving pets alone in the home.
• Clean up the yard before checkout — bags are by the back door.
• Never leave pets unsupervised near the hot tub or pool.
• Any damage caused by pets is the guest's responsibility.

Service animals are always welcome and exempt from these rules.
