30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all StayFlow subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. StayFlow is sold by Justin Whitaker through Paddle.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team at support@stayflow.app and we will assist you with the process. Paddle may ask for your order email, invoice, or transaction reference so it can locate the purchase.

Refund processing

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your original payment method and your bank's processing times.

Marketplace purchases

Marketplace items (templates, automations, etc.) are covered by the same 30-day refund window unless a product page clearly states a longer window. Request marketplace refunds through paddle.net or our support team.

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
