Terms of Service

Agreement to terms

By using StayFlow, operated by Justin Whitaker, you agree to these Terms of Service and enter into a contract with Justin Whitaker. If you use StayFlow on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What StayFlow provides

StayFlow is vacation rental management software. We provide tools for booking management, guest messaging, pricing, cleaning coordination, and related services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use StayFlow for unlawful purposes or to facilitate illegal activity
• Send spam, fraud, or deceptive communications through the platform
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Interfere with the security or availability of the service
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or probe the platform
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

Intellectual property

StayFlow and its contents (software, documentation, branding) are owned by Justin Whitaker and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Paddle's customer portal.

Warranties and liability

StayFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Justin Whitaker from claims arising out of your use of StayFlow, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Justin Whitaker is based. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
