We're a Lite PMS. iCal sync, cross-platform block alerts, and a direct booking page. We will not bolt on accounting, owner trusts, or agency tooling. If you need those, you need a full PMS — and we'll tell you.

$9.99 for your first property, $4.99 for each one after, capped at 15. No seat fees, no module add-ons, no surprise increases. You pay for the properties you actually list.

Direct bookings should stay direct. Our auto-built booking page takes reservations at your own link, with no service fee to your guests and no commission to us.
